Project Summary
We were tasked to create a consumer promotion website to help Kinrise promote their Snack to Give Back marketing campaign for their Cobs Popcorn brand. The goal was to create a microsite that allowed consumers to enter an instant win competition with a valid Cobs Popcorn purchase receipt.
Key brief details:
The microsite had to promote Cobs' Snack to Give Back marketing video.
There were two prizes:
$50 Woolworths e-gift card for consumers who purchased it at Woolworths
$50 Mastercard e-gift card for consumers who purchased it at a non-Woolworths store.
My Actions:
Created and shared a user flow chart with the team and the client to highlight key screens and ensure the client was happy with the flow.
Created low fidelity wireframes and worked with the Graphic Designer to come up with the design of the site while keeping to Cobs brand colours and fonts. We shared this with the client for approval.
Based on the approved design, I created high fidelity wireframes and a prototype to share with the client for final approval.
Lastly, I prepared handover documents for our developers and worked with them to ensure proper development.
Results:
On time, under budget site delivery which contributed to retaining the client for 2023 and 2024.
Site saw an average of 1,500+ entries per week during the promotional campaign, resulting in over 10,000 entries at the end of the campaign.
